New blogger template is different from classic templates, if you use new blogger templates it's easier to replace. You just need to download template and that upload it to blogger account. And if you want to download free blogger templates you can search in Google or other search engine
Steps by steps to change or replace Blogget templates
For New Blogger Templates
Log into blogger.com, after entry into the dashboard, select the blog that you want to change template. Click on the layout.
After the Template page opens, select the Edit HTML sub-menu
Now upload the Xml file that you've downloaded, click the Browse button and locate where the files. Xml that you have save, then click the Upload button
For Classic Templates, and want to use new blogger template
Log into blogger.com, after entry into the dashboard, select the blog that you want to change template. Click on the link template.
After the Template page opens, select the sub menu Design Customize
Click the Upgrade Your Template button and select an existing template, then click the Save Template button
if you use classic templates you just upload the template code and direct template changed. Remember, always backup or download your old template before changing with the new one
